Are you using a Bentley Nevada or vibration monitoring system that might be able to track a historical trend?
Many times a vibration is not noticeable by a person until a bearing or imbalance is near failure.
i agree with Ian, there is A LOT more infor required before any proper judgement can be made.
Need a lot more information before we can even take an educated guess at your problem.

Is it a vertical turbine pump? if yes, please check that the submergence is proper. Also ensure that the rotor is balanced. A system sketch with pump details could help.
