SIMPLE LOGIC PROGRAM of PLC for controlling 2VSD pump combine with 2FIXED speed pump.

SIMPLE PLC LOGIC FOR CONTROLLING PUMP SET OF : 2 VSD PUMP AND 2 FIXED PUMP.

We have existing pumping station with pump set of 4x400 lps @315kW.
2 Pump with VSD and another 2 pump with reduced voltage starting system (fixed speed).
The existing control system is having complicated logic and not safe to be operated
by non expert operator.

The existing control system is almost not being used for last 2 years, so we revised the logic

Compact & low cost inline booster pump 12500GPM - 45PSI - 400HP.

Started with the company want to have relatively large capacity of booster pump but no enough space is available. We search idea for finding solution with very limited space available. Finally we construct very simple inline booster pump 12500GPM - 45PSI - 400HP using mixed flow type vertical tube pump "FLYGT series L3400".
