Check you electric connections. If these are ok, check if pumps are running without lubrication to the line shaft bearings. Also check for leveling of pump line.

Brother ..normally I would check for the incoming 3 phase first to make sure tha all the power supply incoming are in the correct amp. then only check for others.I also agreed with Brother Tommy.
