I did check market price data from 2008 and back. Defenetly proven to be lucrative to say the least.....
Some drilling leases are mostly standard at a 1/8 to Leasor and 7/8 to Leasee.....
Drilling itself can cost into the millions, but they get a wompin 7/8...... Montana is loaded with gas, and the Missouri Breaks Pipeline out of Calgary looks prominent-new railroads being built and so on......Piped to Missouri thru North Eastern corner of Montana. Zurich/Chinook Mt. is where our acres sit, check it out for me when you get a chance, I'll get you a commission-2011 Range Rover w/ White Leather Interior.....I'll be impressed on any info pertaining to Montana......If you have time. I know your a busy main these days.....If there is a way we could go into this- (buisness) later together, think of the possibilities if things panned.....Kind of a dream.......gotta have em' I guess.....It would be fun anyway.....all good either way....
