FLOW AMD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT

I sometimes read about a device that can measure both flow and pressure of water at the same time by just touching the outside of the pipe. I want somebody who knows it to please, give more informations on it. I need informations on the price and how to get it.

There are "strap on" flow meters that do not penetrate the piping but I don't know of any technology that can read pressure without penetrating the pipe.
